With over 20 years of experience in the tourism sector and a background as Commercial Manager at a multinational company, Tatjana co-founded MAS 18 years ago.
Fluent in Spanish, German, and English, she now plays a key role supporting the strategic development of the company.
François de la Villethéart
Co-founder and Managing Director
François founded his own vehicle re-registration business in 2003, which later led to the creation of MAS. With a background in tourism and a strong entrepreneurial mindset, he co-founded MAS in 2008 and continues to lead the company as managing director.
He is fluent in Spanish, German, and English.
Sophie de la Villethéart

Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Management with a specialization on Finance and Investments. In 2022, she completed her qualification as an insurance broker and brings professional experience from both the banking and consulting sectors. She is fluent in Spanish, German, and English.
Daniela Sanchez
Branch Manager Son Verí Nou & Personnel Lead
Daniela is a trained industrial clerk with a background in tourism management, where she held senior leadership roles.
Daniela leads our office in Son Verí with a strong sense of responsibility and deep expertise in the insurance field. Known for her solution-oriented mindset and natural sense of initiative, she combines professional insight with a hands-on approach.
She speaks German, Spanish and English fluently.
Anja Hingott
Branch Manager Santa Ponça
Anja brings many years of experience and in-depth expertise from her career as an insurance specialist – she has been active in the industry since 1996. Her helpful and service-oriented approach makes her a valued point of contact within the MAS team.
